An ongoing project….
The Lab is excited about our new ongoing project with the record label, Ghostly International. The Lab has been asked to print artwork from the Ghostly roster of artists, such as Michael Cina and Andy Gilmore in limited edition runs. Prints are available for order from the Ghostly International website. Click here
In conjunction with the curators at Fox Tax, The Lab will once again be working with local artists to create limited edition archival prints for the 1040 show this year. Postponed until a later date this spring, The Lab is currently working with local artists such as, John Diebel, and photographer, Colin Kopp, to print and reproduce original art for the show.
The Lab is currently working on reproductions of the Titian painting, ‘Diana and Actaeon’ for the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.
Local Artist Jonathon Wells is having an opening reception tonight at the Minneapolis Photo Center (2400 North Second Street, Mpls, MN ) exhibiting his latest work. Jonathon worked with us to create his large format, panoramic prints for this show in which he created photo-geologic composite images of both urban settings and sites where we have left our mark on the earth. The exhibit runs from January 9-February 21.
The Lab is proud to have both printed and mounted a photograph for Noelle McCleaf and to have printed a photograph for Amy Anderson for the show, Women: Relationship and Identity, opening tonight from 6-9pm at Homewood Studios (2400 Plymouth Avenue North) in Minneapolis. The show runs from January 14-29.
Friend of The Lab, Dylan Nelson, is showing work in the exhibition “Processed: Art Apprentice Show” at St. Olaf College. The show runs from Friday, January 7, 2011 - Sunday, February 13 and can be viewed at the Dittmann Center, Groot Gallery.
